Shipping policy

We dispatch your ordered goods within one to five business days after the contract is concluded. If we are unable to provide the goods in time due to unforeseen demand or supply constraints, we will inform you immediately about the delay.

Shipping within Germany
Shipping costs: €3,90 (4 pack) / €4,90 (all other orders)
Free shipping for orders over €80
Delivery time: approx. 2–4 business days

Shipping to Austria
Shipping costs: €13.90
Delivery time: approx. 2–8 business days

Returns and Complaints
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason, provided the goods are being shipped to the European Union. We only accept returns with sealed, unopened bags. For hygiene reasons, opened or damaged packaging cannot be returned. The customer bears the costs for return shipping.
